How to Cook
YB Mince

Ingredients

YUMBUG Mince
Oil of choice - we like olive
Salt and pepper

As much as ya like!
About 1-2tbsp per 100g of mince
To taste

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add a good glug of oil - about 1-2 tbsp per 100g of mince.

  2. Add the YUMBUG Mince and cook until it starts to get a little crispy (5 mins or so), add more oil if necessary. 

  3. Season with salt and pepper. 

  4. Add to whatever sauce or glaze you like. Great in chilli, bolognese, tacos, salads – you name it!
