YB Mince
Ingredients
YUMBUG Mince
Oil of choice - we like olive
Salt and pepper
As much as ya like!
About 1-2tbsp per 100g of mince
To taste
Method

Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add a good glug of oil - about 1-2 tbsp per 100g of mince.

Add the YUMBUG Mince and cook until it starts to get a little crispy (5 mins or so), add more oil if necessary.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add to whatever sauce or glaze you like. Great in chilli, bolognese, tacos, salads – you name it!
