GRUYERE AND BUFFALO WORM MUFFINS
Serves: 6-10 muffins
Time: 30 minutes
Buffalo Worm Powder – 30g
Gruyere – 150g
Marmite – 1 tsp
Sunflower Oil – 160g
Self Raising Flour – 170g
Milk – 100ml
Eggs – 2
Chives – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Preheat the oven to 170° C
Grate the gruyere and finely chop up the chives.
Combine the marmite, milk, eggs, and sunflower oil.
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Put the mixture in muffin cases and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, or until a skewer comes out dry!
