YB Mince contains over 50% more protein than beef for 40% less fat and 15x less CO2. Best part is its totally natural – no ultra processed ingredients!
Cooking: Cook this into any of your favourite mince dishes – bolognese, buddha bowls, tacos, chilli con carne – you name it! We reccomend cooking it in the same way you'd use traditional mince however, given YB Mince is very low in fat make sure you add a good amount of oil if you want to get it crispy!
Good for: frying, baking, air frying.
Good in: ragus and stir fried glazes and sauces. Can be fried by itself with seasonings.
Storage: Can be kept frozen for 3 months, and 7 days in fridge once defrosted.
Delivery: We deliver on Thursdays in selected London boroughs (see below). Once delivered the product should be kept in a fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
