100 BUG BOX GIVEAWAY
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction 

1.1 This disclaimer ('Terms' hereafter) shall govern the rules and running of the 100 Yum Bug Box Giveaway ('Giveaway' hereafter).
1.2 This Giveaway is run by Better Universal Grub Ltd. ('Yum Bug','the Promoter','Us','We' hereafter) in accordance with this website's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1.3 This Giveaway is open to UK residents only, except employees of Yum Bug, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2. Privacy

2.1 By submitting your email you are agreeing to receive emails regarding promotions and updates from Yum Bug, of which you can opt out of at any time. 
2.2. Yum Bug agrees to not share your data with third parties. 

3. Competition Rules

3.1 Yum Bug are offering a full refund for up to 100 Bug Boxes (each Box includes 3 choses Bug Packs) to participants of the #YumBugChallenge who meet the following requirements:
3.1.1 Have ordered the kit through yumbug.com/dinner-party which redirects to our #YumBugChallenge shop page.
3.1.2 Cooked the insects up for a dinner party for three people or more.
3.1.3 At least three people at the dinner party recorded videos of the event and posted it to social media with the hashtag #YumBugChallenge. Collectively, the videos must be longer than 1.5 minutes. 
3.1.4 Emailed crunch@yumbug.com with a link to all the social media posts which meet the requirements described in 3.1.3.
3.2 Once Yum Bug receives the email and verifies the social media posts, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the kits.
3.3 Entrants must order their Bug Boxes via yumbug.com/dinner-party which will redirect to our #YumBugChallenge shop page.
3.4 Each participant can only order one Bug Box with 3 chosen Bug Packs as a part of the Giveaway.
3.5 Any orders made outside of the #YumBugChallenge will not be counted.
3.6 Issuing the refund will be entirely of the discretion of Yum Bug.
3.7 The decision of Yum Bug in relation to the Giveaway is final. 
3.8 No information regarding posts or participants will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Giveaway.
3.9 The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable.
3.10 The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.
3.11 No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted.
3.12 No incomplete or corrupted posts will be accepted.
3.13 Any posts not in accordance with the requirements will be rejected.
3.14 Any posts containing offensive or inappropriate content will be rejected.
3.15 By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms.
3.16 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Yum Bug reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
3.17 Yum Bug reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Giveaway at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
3.18 Yum Bug’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
3.19 Yum Bug can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to meet the requirements.

4.1 All participants will be contacted via email.


These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
