CRUNCHY CRICKET GRANOLA

Serves: 4-6 Portions

Time: 20mins


INGREDIENTS


Pumpkin Seeds - 35g

Coconut Flakes - 35g

Dried Cranberries - 35g

Rolled Oats - 100g

Honey - 2.5 tbsp

Raisins - 35g

Preferred Cooking Oil - 1.5 tbsp


Optional Toppings:

Yogurt / Milk

Berries

Bananas



METHOD


1. MIX IT UP | 2mins

  • Preheat the oven to 190C/180C fan/gas 6.

  • In a large mixing bowl, weigh out all of the ingredients and stir together to make sure they are all coated in the honey.


2. SPREAD ON BAKING TRAY | 2mins

  • Spread the granola evenly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.


3. BAKE & COOL | 15mins

  • Bake the granola at 190C/180C fan/gas 6 for 10 mins.

  • Break up the pieces and return to the oven for a further 5 mins or until golden brown.

  • Once cooked leave to cool.


4. SERVE | 1min

  • Serve the granola with whatever you fancy. We used natural yoghurt and mixed berries.

  • Now go smash the day.
